Select website: easiconnect.myguardiangroup.com (see screenshot above) actual link here
Select “Member signup” this is below the login button
Enter card number from the CoopMED ID card (This is the 11digit number, you must enter this number just as it appears on the card)
Populate all the required fields ( a code will be sent to the email address you provided)
Use this code to continue the process
Enter the password as prompted
Go to the confirmation email and click the link to activate the user profile.
Login and complete the security challenge Questions and Answers (please either write down or take a picture with your cell phone as Challenge Questions & Answers will pop up every time you access the portal to gain entry)
Accept the agreement and the process is completed
Access to the portal is granted with three tabs on the dashboard i.e. Home, Claim History, Document Library
